Scottish Theatre Archive – new Library display

 

The Library’s latest display on the Scottish Theatre Archive describes the history and content of this fascinating collection.

Located within the Special Collections Department of the University of Glasgow Library, the Archive’s role is to help preserve and promote interest in Scotland’s theatrical heritage. Its contents include programmes, scripts, production notes, photographs, posters and press cuttings, and is open to anyone with an interest in Scottish theatre.

The display aims to give a flavour of the rich and varied content of the Archive, and is located on Level 3 of the Library.
