Concussion in Sport: Debate and call for evidence. The House of Commons debated the issue of concussion in sport on Thursday 11th March. The Digital, Culture, Media and Sport Committee is holding an inquiry into this issue and is currently seeking evidence (deadline 30th March 2021).
The Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Bill 2019-21 was introduced to Parliament on 9th March 2021. The House of Commons Library has published a range of Research Briefings on specific aspects of the bill.

International approaches to drug law reform: research. “This paper reviews the international evidence on approaches to drug law reform, focussing on case studies from Australia, Canada, Denmark, Portugal and The Netherlands. It seeks to support the ongoing development of innovative approaches to reducing drug harms, by identifying the impact of interventions abroad and situating them within their legal context.”

Scottish Tourism and COVID-19. “This briefing looks at the impact of COVID-19 on Scotland’s tourism sector. It provides insights and analysis on the scale of COVID-19 challenges faced by the sector, and the public sector policy response over the year to March 2021.”
Official Statistics
Criminal justice social work statistics: 2019 to 2020. “National-level information, as well as some local authority breakdowns, on criminal justice social work activity in Scotland. Disabled people in the labour market in Scotland 2019. “Key statistics relating to the economic status of disabled people in the labour market from the Annual Population Survey showing comparisons between disabled and non-disabled people.”
Consumer Price Inflation basket of goods and services: 2021. “The review process for the items making up the inflation basket used to calculate the UK consumer price inflation indices and how and why the various items in the basket are chosen.”
