Priority Library Access for UofG Students – Exam period Monday 28th November until Friday 16th December 2016 inclusive

In order to support University of Glasgow students through the exam period we are restricting access to visitors, and students from other institutions, between Monday 28th November and Friday 16th December.

Students from other UK institutions who use their registration card from their home university or college to enter the Library will not be allowed access between 7.15am and 5pm from Monday 28th November until Friday 16th December 2016 inclusive. Access is still permitted for these groups after 5pm Monday – Friday and all day at weekends.

Glasgow School of Art students, full SCONUL members in possession of University of Glasgow Library cards, corporate members, alumni members and members of formal reciprocal schemes will not be affected by this change, nor will visitors to Special Collections.

Normal access arrangements will resume on Saturday 17th December.

We trust that student visitors from other institutions will understand that we need to keep study space for University of Glasgow students during the very busy exam period.

If you are unsure whether these arrangements will affect you, please contact the Library on library@lib.gla.ac.uk .
