With access to these three new subscriptions the Library has additional E-book and E-journal content available across the Computing and Engineering subject areas.
Although the Library purchased the main archive several years ago we have recently purchased additional titles and years to supplement the original collection. In particular we now have access to Géotechnique (1948-2002), and the Proceedings of the ICE – Ground Improvement (1997-2002).
Our purchase of the 2014 and 2015 Computing and Engineering Collection from IEEE MIT brings high quality eBook content in fields, including computer science, artificial intelligence, information theory, computer programming, information technology, and electrical engineering. These E-books can be searched by title, keyword, or subject. Individual chapters from the books can be downloaded as PDFs.
This E-books collection of over 700 e-Books from 1974-2015, includes practical handbooks, introductory and advanced texts, reference works, and professional books. Numerous subject areas are covered, including bioengineering, power and energy, and communication technologies, among other growing areas of research. These E-books can be searched by title, keyword, or subject. Individual chapters from the books can be downloaded as PDFs.
All three collections are available to staff and students both on and off campus using your GUID.
