This problem has now been resolved (18/10/10) Due to system downtime users may experience problems while accessing e-journals via the E-journal A to Z Listing, the weekend commencing the evening of the 15th October. Access to e-journals via other methods (e.g. QuickSearch etc) should not be effected.
The “Food in Focus” Library café service reopens on Monday 4 October. Selling hot drinks and snacks, the café on level 3 will be open from Monday-Thursday 12:00-20:00 and Friday-Sunday 12:00-17:00. Vending machines selling a range of food and drinks are available during Library opening hours.
The library has recently subscribed to SPIE eBooks on the SPIE Digital Library. SPIE eBooks currently includes 132 significant titles from SPIE Press, including Field Guides, monographs and reference books, and Tutorial Texts in the field of optics and photonics. This problem has now been resolved (9/8/10) The link to LexisLibrary database is temporarily not working. However, all Lexis journals can be accessed directly on campus and via VPN off campus until the issue is resolved. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
This problem has now been resolved (2/9/10) Wiley Interscience are launching a new platform over the weekend of the 7th and 8th of August.
