Library Survey – thank you for your comments!

Thank you to everyone who completed the LibQUAL+ survey.  This year over 1,800 valid surveys were submitted.  The purpose of this survey, known as LibQUAL+, is to measure perceptions and expectations of our users, so that we can provide the services you need and expect.

In addition to the quantitative data, over 800 respondents added lots of informative comments, which are equally valuable to us in assessing our services.

Everyone who completed a survey was potentially eligible to enter the prize draw for one of three £50 vouchers donated by John Smith’s Bookshop.

Congratulations to the winners: Dr Posco Tso, School of Computing Science, Flora Hachemi, School of Law and Robert Cunningham, School of Social and Political Sciences.  Helen Durndell, University Librarian and Paul Mark from John Smith’s Bookshop are seen here with two of the winners.
