From Monday 22nd October, we will be asking visitors to Special Collections and Archive Services to complete a short survey, as we take part in the Survey of UK Archives, which is organised by the Archives and Records Association of the UK and Ireland (ARA).
Taking part in this national survey offers us the opportunity to gain crucial feedback from our visitors, enabling us to improve our services and contribute to the national picture.
Completely anonymous and voluntary, the short survey only takes a few minutes to complete and staff will be available to assist with any queries.
So if you visit Special Collections or Archives over the next couple of weeks, do take this opportunity to let us know how we are doing!
