elebrating Black History Month with our new poster display in Am Fosglan (Level 2 of the Library) and our online display. Black History Month (BHM) is celebrated in October each year. Our display details our rich connections with Asian, African and African Caribbean peoples and highlights material from our collections.
You can come in to view our display throughout October, all are welcome.
There will also be a talk on Monday 8th October at 12.30pm in Am Fosglan by Stephen Mullen. Stephen is one of our Postgraduate Research Students from the School of Humanities, Scottish History. He will talk about “The University of Glasgow and the abolition movement”.
