Yesterday afternoon saw the launch event of the Stoddard-Templeton archive catalogue that is now fully available to search on-line.
The event included an exhibition of some highlights of the collection, screening of some of the companies’ films and talks from archivists who catalogued the collection as well as designers who have already used the collection.
The event was a great success with a large turn out, fascinating talks and plenty of enthusiasm about the varied and colourful collection! Many of those who attended hope to come back to the University of Glasgow Archives to consult the fantastic resource for their own projects.
