Student Counselling and the library have got together to introduce a new collection of self-help books. The collection covers a wide range of topics from exam stress to assertiveness skills. You can find it on level 3 in the middle of the PC area – turn right as you exit the Central lifts/stairs.
You can borrow these books for a week. Take them to level 2 where you can borrow using the self-issue machines or ask a member of library services staff to help you.
To see what’s available why not have a look at this list.
