The Library has a selection of Audio Visual Equipment on Level 4 of the Main Library. The equipment consists of 8 stereos (including CD player, tape deck and record player), 7 video players, 2 DVD players and 4 electronic keyboards.
Headphones are already attached and instructions are displayed next to the equipment. There is no need to book and can be used at any time the library is open.
If you would like any further information on any of the machines the staff at the Welcome Desk on Level 2 will be happy to help. They can also supply you with spare headphones or remote controls for the DVD players.
If you have any other questions or comments please let us know!

It might be useful to mention whether:
a) either of the DVD players is multi-region
b) whether any of the video players can play NTSC or SECAM
Posted by Jane Mallinson | March 16, 2010, 1:26 amHello,
One of the DVD players is multi regional, it’s located in Booth No. 2
All of the videos will play NTSC, but we are currently investigating if they also play SECAM.
Hope this helps, let me know if you need to know anything else.
Thanks
Louise
